Mark Moran is a Partner at Munck Wilson Mandala, and is Chairman of the Firm's Commercial/Large Property Loss Subrogation Section.

Mr. Moran has 17 years experience in all aspects of litigation, including trials, arbitration, mediation and appeals. Mr. Moran focuses his practice exclusively on litigation, representing a wide range of clients. He has experience with matters relating to, among other things, intellectual property/patents, litigation, commercial contracts, catastrophic property losses/subrogation, construction disputes, product liability and business torts.

In addition to Texas, Mark has handled litigation matters throughout the country in such states as Colorado, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia and Missouri, to name a few.  Mr. Moran is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated in Martindale-Hubbell.

  • Lead counsel on successful insurance coverage declaratory judgement action including appeal and oral argument before New York Supreme Court Appellate Division.
  • Multi-million dollar dispute arising out of roof collapse in gulf coast area.
  • Multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuit involving development of retirement condominium in New England.
  • Multi-million dollar loss in New York arising out of combustion of painter's drop cloths
  • Multi-million dollar explosion in Houston area against fiber optic drilling contractor.
  • Prosecuted major automotive manufacturers in several products liability lawsuits.
