Munck Carter Adds Jeffrey B. Chugg to Labor and Employment Practice Group in Dallas

DALLAS – The Dallas-based technology law firm Munck Carter, LLP, is strengthening its labor and employment practice group with the addition of attorney Jeffrey B. Chugg.

Mr. Chugg focuses his practice on assisting businesses in all aspects of labor and employment disputes and business litigation. His work includes representing employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other state and federal laws.  Mr. Chugg also has successfully represented employers against charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies.

Additionally, Mr. Chugg defends employers in collective action lawsuits brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and proceedings before the U.S. Department of Labor.  Mr. Chugg also has successfully defended employers and employee welfare benefit plans in employee benefits disputes under ERISA and state laws.
