  • Co-counsel in a two-week arbitration involving claims of financial fraud and theft;
  • Co-counsel for homeowners in a jury trial arising from a failed construction project;
  • Co-counsel for business partner in fiduciary litigation involving claims of financial fraud and theft;
  • Represented business owners in defending their trademark rights;
  • Experience with condemnation issues, including assisting Fortune 500 railroad company in acquiring 1,800 acres for the construction of a large-scale classification yard;
