Berenika Palys is an associate practicing in the firm’s litigation group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, employment and general civil litigation.

Berenika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego Law School. During law school Berenika externed for the Honorable Justice Richard Aronson, California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District.

On top of her legal prowess, Berenika thrives is high-pressure environments and was a professional concert pianist performing as a soloist with orchestras around the world. She graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard University in music and government and received her Masters from Christ Church, Oxford University as a Paine Fellow. While at Oxford, Berenika was chosen to be presented to Queen Elizabeth II. She also graduated from The Juilliard School and the Royal Academy of Music.

Before coming to Munck Wilson Mandala, Berenika worked at several other firms as a litigation associate, specializing in commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, professional and general liability, and construction.

In addition to California, Berenika is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in New York and Washington, D.C.
