Bill Raman is of counsel in the award-winning intellectual property group. He advises companies on trademarks and copyrights and works with them on all aspects of their trademark and copyright portfolios. Bill represents clients in IP matters with an emphasis on trademark and trade dress counseling, prosecution, and litigation. He also has substantial experience representing clients in IP litigation issues relating to trademarks, trade dress, dilution, and unfair competition. Bill is honored annually as a Texas Super Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America.
