Chandler D. Stephens is a trademark associate in the firm’s technology/intellectual property law group. She focuses her practice in IP portfolio strategy, protection, and management, including trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity, and IP licensing.
Chandler has experience with drafting and negotiating license agreements, conducting clearance searches, and assessing new brand names, enforcing rights against third parties to prevent infringement, and assisting with opposition and cancellation proceedings in the TTAB.
Chandler received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law. She also holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in psychology with a minor in business administration from Texas A&M University.
