Katherine (Kate) Schneider is a senior associate practicing in the firm’s corporate group. She focuses her practice on securities litigation, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and employment law.
Kate earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, where she graduated with cum laude honors. While in law school, she was associate editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy. She was also a national quarterfinalist in the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition and earned a certificate in Securities Regulation and Corporate Law.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with concentrations in finance and Spanish (both of which she is proficient in). During her time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kate was a member of the Wisconsin Equestrian Team and a member of UW-Madison’s Kappa Alpha Theta chapter.
