Kate Schneider is a corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience in securities regulation and compliance, commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, complex internal restructurings/reorganizations and more. Kate earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and earned a certificate in securities regulation and corporate law. While in law school, she was associate editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy. She was also a national quarterfinalist in the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition. Kate completed her undergraduate degree with a major in finance and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
