Kevin Cammiso is an associate and member of the firm’s technology intellectual property law group. Kevin focuses his practice on litigation and transactional issues involving intellectual property such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Kevin’s litigation experience covers a wide variety of commercial, entertainment, trademark, and copyright matters. He received his J.D. from the Loyola Law School, with honors in the Intellectual Property Concentration, and served as Vice President and Executive Board Member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. He also holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Prior to joining MWM, Kevin was an associate at Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP, a boutique trial and litigation firm in Los Angeles. Kevin is admitted to practice before the California State Bar, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
- Manage trademark and copyright prosecution practice, including clearance, counseling, enforcement, responding to office actions, and TTAB proceedings;
- Manage all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs in entertainment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters.
