Lori C. Trujillo is a principal attorney practicing in the firm’s corporate and IP practices. In addition to general corporate matters, Lori specializes in all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, and her practice focuses on representing clients in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology sectors, including many Fortune 500, Global 500 and start-up companies.
Lori has significant experience managing and negotiating complex IP, technology, and commercial business transactions in deals involving medical devices, software, pharmaceuticals, emerging technologies, immunological therapies, the Internet, new media, and other matters.
Lori earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law where she was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. She received her M.B.A. and her Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University. She was selected as one of only nine women out of 170 applicants nationwide for the inaugural class of the OnRamp Fellowship Program, a program focused on returning high performing attorneys to the legal and financial services industries. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
