Attorney Bio

Rebecca Haynes is an associate in the firm’s technology/intellectual property law group. Rebecca focuses her practice in the areas of patent preparation and prosecution. Rebecca has a broad range of legal experience in patent matters, including domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, patent infringement and litigation matters.

Rebecca prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technical areas including electrical circuitry, semiconductor devices, telecommunication systems, software applications, computer architecture and control systems.

Rebecca received her J.D. magna cum laude from the Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. In law school, she was a senior editor for the school’s Law Review and she worked as one of two students in the Patent Clinic. She holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and she is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Prior to joining Munck Wilson Mandala, Rebecca clerked for The Honorable Gloria Navarro, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada.
