Robin Bechtold is a principal attorney practicing in the complex litigation/dispute resolution group. Robin concentrates his practice on representing businesses in commercial disputes and complex civil litigation and arbitration matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, employment disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition/ non-solicitation, construction, and executive compensation.
Robin received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and he holds a B.A. in government from Claremont McKenna College. Prior to joining the firm, Robin worked as a senior associate with Thompson Coe Cousins & Irons, LLP.
- Successfully defended apparel manufacturing company and individual c-level executives sued for tortious interference with existing and prospective contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets, and conversion;
- Assisted in obtaining summary judgment in favor of a Fortune 1000 company sued for $7 million in connection with a triple homicide in one of its units;
- Obtained summary judgment in favor of a transactional attorney who was sued for fraud and conspiracy related to a large, complex real estate development project in Manor, Texas;
- Obtained summary judgment for a probate attorney who was sued for allegedly failing to properly address estate tax returns.
