Attorney Bio

Sarika N. Patel is an associate in the complex litigation/dispute resolution group where she concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and high-stakes litigation, energy, and labor and employment litigation.  She has represented Fortune 500 companies, medium and small business in complex business matters and employment disputes. Her practice has included breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty. She also has experience advising and representing clients in issues involving noncompetition, non-disclosure, and nonsolititation agreements, policies and procedures, and ownership of intellectual property. She has been successful in obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctions and in achieving early dismissal of cases for her clients.

Sarika is an associate member in the William ‘Mac’ Taylor American Inn of Court.  She received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, serving as articles editor and staff editor for the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Association. Prior to joining MWM, Sarika was an associate at Okon Hannagan, PLLC.
