
Zachary B. Tobolowsky
Attorney Bio
Zachary (Zach) B. Tobolowsky is a senior associate in the firm’s complex litigation/dispute resolution group. Zach’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. He has handled a wide variety of cases involving a broad spectrum of business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, antitrust claims, trademark and trade dress infringement, patent infringement, copyright disputes, DTPA violations, and employment disputes.
Zach has an impressive academic record with honors in both college and law school. He graduated from Yale University with his B.A. in political science. In college, he was a member of Yale’s varsity baseball team and was the President of the Yale Special Olympics Organization.
Zach received his J.D., graduating cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as President of the SMU International Law Review Association (ILRA) and as a student attorney in SMU’s Civil Clinic. While in law school, Zach completed a summer judicial clerkship with the Honorable Harlin D. Hale of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and worked as a summer associate for Munck Wilson Mandala in his final year of law school.
