William Munck has led MWM as managing partner since the late 90s and grown the firm from six lawyers to 70 lawyers with three offices in Texas and Los Angeles. Munck received his J.D. with honors from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where he is listed among the law school’s distinguished alumni. He holds a B.S. in computer science, electrical engineering and mathematics, and an M.S. in computer science with honors from Hofstra University.
Jenny Martinez is a senior partner in MWM’s complex litigation/ dispute resolution practice. She is a trial attorney with a versatile practice that includes working as a key member on the employment litigation team. She received her J.D., graduating cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law where she also received her B.A. in political science graduating magna cum laude.
Jamil Alibhai chairs the complex litigation/dispute resolution practice. Alibhai leads a team of litigators who represent clients in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation cases and appeals in state and federal courts nationwide. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and he earned his B.A. in economics and political science from New York University.
Audrey Mross co-chairs MWM’s employment and labor practice with a focus on advice and counsel on employment matters for clients. She has given over 600 speeches and training sessions to employers throughout Texas and she writes an employment newsletter called Legal Briefs for HR. Mross received her J.D. with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.S. in marketing from Kansas State University.
Michael McCabe is one of the firm’s leading trial lawyers, and he co-chairs MWM’s employment and labor practice with a focus on employment law litigation. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law. McCabe received his J.D., graduating cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and he earned his B.A. in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans.
