Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add an Event & Travel Manager to its Dallas office. This position will handle the planning and managing of events and travel for all MWM offices. The duties and responsibilities revolve around planning and managing a wide array of planned and impromptu events of varying sizes, purposes, and priorities across multiple office locations. The manager must manage logistics, keep everything within allocated budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and ensure all events are carried out smoothly. The goal is to orchestrate memorable, premium level events that will ensure the entertainment of attorneys and clients and facilitate the completion of business objectives.

Ideal candidate will have:
• At least 3-5 years of event coordination experience working in the areas of hospitality/event planning/corporate services
• A proven track record of coordinating, planning, and executing successful events
• Polished and professional attitude; enjoys people and has a servant-leadership, can-do style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and manage vendors professionally
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, prioritize and problem solve
• Excellent time, project, and budget management skills
• Ability to follow established procedures while being flexible as needed
