Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for an HR Manager to join its Dallas office. This position will work with the firm’s Director of Administration in managing the firm’s human resources issues. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Onboarding new hires
• Support staff reviews and exit interviews
• Vacation, out of office, and overtime requests and coverage
• Employee relations, training, and investigations
• Workplace safety and HR compliance
• Firm morale
• Assist with support staff recruiting
• Backup for health insurance benefits

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of HR and benefits experience in a corporate environment and a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
