Munck Wilson Mandala is currently seeking an experienced intellectual property/patent legal assistant for its Dallas office to support as many as three patent prosecution attorneys. A minimum of 3 years of experience with intellectual property and patents as well as knowledge of PCT and foreign prosecution is required.
Duties include preparing, finalizing, and filing documents at the USPTO in US provisional, utility, design, and PCT applications (i.e., transmittals, declarations, power of attorneys, assignments, information disclosure statements, maintenance fee payments, etc.); preparing and finalizing client correspondence; and maintaining attorney docket for both US and foreign patent matters.
