Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a litigation paralegal to its Dallas office. The firm’s litigation practice areas include commercial, intellectual property, and labor and employment, among other areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, preferably with a mid to large size law firm. Responsibilities include project/case management, drafting, and preparation of discovery, state and federal ECF filings, summarizing depositions, trial preparation and attendance, legal research, and maintaining hearing schedules, docketing, and calendaring, among other duties.
