Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add an experienced litigation and trial paralegal to its growing Los Angeles office located in Century City.
The firm’s litigation practice areas include business and commercial, intellectual property (patent, trademark and copyright), and labor and employment, among others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, preferably with a mid to large size law firm.
Responsibilities include project/case management, drafting and preparation of discovery, state and federal ECF filings, summarizing depositions, trial preparation and trial attendance, legal research, and maintaining hearing schedules, docketing, and calendaring, among other duties.
