Bill is of counsel in MWM’s intellectual property practice. He advises companies on trademarks and copyrights and works with them on all aspects of their trademark and copyright portfolios.

Bill’s represent clients in intellectual property matters with an emphasis on trademark and trade dress counseling, prosecution, and litigation. He also has substantial experience representing clients in IP litigation issues relating to trademarks, trade dress, dilution and unfair competition.
