David M. Arvesen is a principal attorney at Munck Wilson Mandala, practicing in the firm’s technology/intellectual property group.  He focuses his practice in the area of patent preparation and prosecution.

David prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technical areas including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, HVAC systems, semiconductor devices and fabrications, robotics, and appliances.  In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, David represents clients in patent litigation matters covering a wide variety of technologies.

David obtained his bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Baylor University in 2006. In 2012, he received a master’s in engineering from Texas Tech and Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law.

Prior to his legal career, David worked as a project engineer for a railcar manufacturer.
