Munck Wilson Mandala added two new associates, Chad Cormier and Robert Houston. Cormier is an associate in the corporate practice and Houston is an associate in the intellectual property practice.
Cormier received his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. He served on the planning and fundraising committee for United Community Centers Annual Golf Tournament and the student board of directors for Habitat for Humanity. He holds a B.B.A. in management from the University of Texas Arlington and he is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Cormier previously worked as securities capital markets and securities compliance director and director of investor relations for Encore Enterprises, Inc. He is an associate in Munck Wilson Mandala’s corporate practice.
Houston received his J.D. from the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law in Concord, New Hampshire. Prior to his legal career, Houston worked as an electronic engineer, project manager and consultant in the United States and overseas. He holds a master’s in engineering with honors in electrical and electronics engineering from the Loughborough University of Technology in Leicestershire, United Kingdom, and he is a member of the State Bar of Massachusetts. Houston is registered with the U.S. patent and trademark office and previously worked as an associate for Harness, Dickey, Pierce PLC in Dallas, Texas.
