Munck Wilson Mandala welcomes entertainment and commercial litigation attorney Brent Lehman to the firm’s Los Angeles office. Lehman joins MWM as a principal attorney representing clients in complex entertainment matters and commercial litigation. He previously worked at Gerard Fox Law in Los Angeles.
In entertainment law, Lehman represents clients in the film, music, and theater industries and he has an extensive list of litigation matters he is handling on behalf of video game creators, major record labels, music rights holder, and other entertainment clients.
In commercial litigation, Lehman is well known for his representation of emerging tech companies and entrepreneurs handling disputes related to intellectual property, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate theft, and fraud.
In both roles, Lehman is known by his clients as an effective advocate and helpful business advisor as they deal with complex legal matters. His client list includes celebrities, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and small business owners.
With more than 11 years of legal experience, Lehman has worked as a litigation associate in various law firms in Los Angeles and was named a Southern California Rising Star by Thomson Reuters in 2022 in civil litigation. He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was a member of the ABA Moot Court Team and a teaching assistant for the appellate practice curriculum. He holds a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University.
