Munck Wilson Mandala is proud to add litigation partner Andrew McKeon to the firm’s Los Angeles office. McKeon brings eight years of legal experience to MWM, representing clients in fiduciary litigation and commercial disputes involving real estate, contracts, and business torts. He previously worked in MWM’s North Austin office as a partner.
McKeon’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and local businesses. His diverse client representation includes business partners, property owners, commercial landlords, and local businesses.
McKeon has an impressive record of representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including assisting in the acquisition of 1,800 acres for the construction of a large-scale classification yard for a Fortune500 railroad company, representing a large, multi-national tech company in a contract royalty dispute, and favorably resolving claims for a breach of contract and misrepresentation for a real estate developer.
Prior to joining MWM, McKeon worked as a partner at Fleckman & McGlynn, an Austin based law firm highly regarded by clients for legal representation in litigation, real estate, corporate transactions, and intellectual property. In September of 2021, FM merged with MWM and McKeon joined with six other FM attorneys, creating a North Austin and Houston office under the MWM brand.
MWM’s LA office is well known for its strength in IP, litigation, entertainment, corporate, and various other practices. With the addition of McKeon, the firm plans to bring a heightened focus in real estate and land use legal services to the LA market.
McKeon earned his J.D. cum laude from Notre Dame Law School where he was the recipient of the A. Harold Weber Moot Court Award. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from the University of Texas with Honors.
