Stephanie H. Elovitz is MWM’s corporate counsel, director of administration, and director of recruiting. She is a litigation attorney who focuses on dispute resolution and collections in addition to firm administration and legal recruiting. Stephanie has experience in claim investigation, collection efforts, demand letters and responses, contract review, employment compliance, and negotiating settlements.
Stephanie leads the firm’s recruiting efforts. She is highly skilled in this area and has brought tremendous results through her commitment to best practices across recruiting, business operations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, marketing, business development, and client service. Stephanie plays a key role in the firm’s initiatives to increase the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and is also in charge of the firm’s summer associate program.
As director of administration, Stephanie manages and develops strategies, processes, and policies related to building and retaining an exceptional team of law firm professionals across all offices.
