Law Firm eDiscovery Manager – Dallas
Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add an eDiscovery manager to its Dallas office. This position will be responsible for the collection, analysis, management, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). The eDiscovery manager will work closely with the attorneys and clients to identify and produce documents for litigation and manage project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT and/or paralegal background and will have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling eDiscovery for multiple, complex matters in a mid to large law firm. Familiarity with multiple discovery platforms is preferable, including Relativity, Intella, and Disco, among others.

Trademark Paralegal – Dallas
Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add an experienced trademark and copyright practice paralegal in the Dallas office.
Duties include but are not limited to:

- At least five years of experience with trademark and copyright law
- Experience with intellectual property agreements, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms is required
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong proofreading and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and have the knowledge and skills necessary to prioritize the workload independently
- Must possess a team-oriented mindset
Munck Wilson Mandala is a technology-focused law firm with a powerful litigation team that represents clients in patent, trade secret, trademark, and other intellectual property disputes as well as high-stakes and complex commercial litigation. Our trademark lawyers work closely with our trial lawyers and litigators both to enforce trademarks and to defend against infringement claims. Our team has extensive experience handling trademark, trade dress, and domain name disputes. We represent clients in state and federal court, in opposition or cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in domain name proceedings under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy of ICANN or other registry rules. Corporate/Real Estate Legal Assistant – Dallas
Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for an experienced corporate/real estate legal assistant to join its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of legal assistant/secretarial experience in a mid to large law firm transactional practice. Duties include calendaring, client communication, entering time, proofreading, preparing legal documents for review, and other administrative tasks. Familiarity with real estate documents such as purchase contracts, loan documents, and conveyance deeds, and with corporate documents such as company agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, and written consent resolutions is required. Must be proficient with Word, and Excel, and with e-recording and e-filing documents with the Texas Secretary of State and various county and court clerks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-player mentality, and excellent organizational skills.
