This role manages the planning, coordination, and execution of firmwide events and client entertainment programs, ensuring seamless logistics, budget adherence, and exceptional experiences that strengthen the firm’s brand and client engagement. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and collaborates with the Client Relations/Business Development team and firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Serve as project manager for all client-facing and sponsored events, handling invitations, RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, timelines, menus, branding/signage, promotional materials, and on-site logistics.
  • Internal Firm Events: Plan and execute internal firm events (e.g., employee celebrations, appreciation events, strategic initiatives) that foster engagement and firm culture.
  • Major Event Oversight: Lead the planning of major firm events such as the annual Partner Meeting (60+ partners) and the firm-wide Holiday Party (300+ attendees), including venue selection, contract negotiation, program agenda, rentals, catering, signage, and overall on-site management.
