Litigation Attorney – Austin

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a litigation attorney to its Austin office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a big or mid-size law firm, and will support and work on a variety of complex matters in both state and federal court, including commercial and business litigation, intellectual property/patent/trademark litigation, and labor and employment litigation, among others. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written advocacy skills; experience with hearings, depositions, drafting discovery, motion practice, and client communication; and strong academic credentials and work ethic.

Litigation Staff Attorney – Austin

Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP is looking to add a litigation staff attorney to its expanding Austin, Texas office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing consumer litigation, products liability, and/or civil and commercial matters. This position will manage a high volume commercial litigation docket and also handle collections matters for the firm. Knowledge of efficient billing practices and managing a case from start to finish is required. Courtroom experience related to motion practice strongly desired.

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add experienced corporate transactional partners with books of business to its offices in Dallas, Los Angeles and Austin. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Candidates must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Desired qualifications include:

  • At least 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique

Corporate Attorney – Dallas

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a corporate attorney for a general corporate securities position with primary focus on private securities in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on equity and debt private offerings for independent sponsors, private equity funds, and operating companies. Candidate should be comfortable preparing private placement memos and all related private offering documentation. A good understanding of securities exemptions pursuant to Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933 and state Blue Sky laws in necessary. Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and broker-dealer regulation experience is a plus.
