We are now taking applications for our 2025 Summer Associate Program. Get a sense of what life would be like working at Munck Wilson Mandala. As an MWM Summer Associate, you will explore and experience our dynamic firm, our community, and the clients we serve – from startups to Fortune 50 companies. The associate clerkship is typically 8-10 weeks and we offer first and second half summer sessions.

Our broad spectrum of practices and entrepreneurial energy allows each summer associate exceptional opportunities to work on a variety of projects related to current ongoing firm matters. Your summer experience at the firm will give you a realistic view of what it is like to practice law here.

An introduction to the firm’s culture is a crucial element of MWM’s summer program. We encourage our summer associates to get to know each other and offer social activities and events to provide extra engagement opportunities with the partners and associates across the firm. MWM believes that mentorship, feedback, and in-person collaboration are key components of an associate’s early career development. The MWM Summer Associate Program is designed to ensure that summer associates receive quality training and development, experience client-driven work within team environments, and celebrate and build upon new relationships at a variety of social events.

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for a 2L law student to serve as a summer clerk in its litigation practice (commercial, intellectual property, and employment, among others). Candidates must be in the top 30% of the class and will preferably demonstrate strong written and oral advocacy skills, such as law review, moot court, mock trial, or similar experience. The clerkship will be for 8-10 weeks in the Dallas, Texas office.

Candidates must have an advanced science, math or engineering undergraduate degree (preferably electrical engineering, computer science, math, or physics). The clerkship will be for 8-10 weeks in the Dallas, Texas office.
