Managing partner of the Munck Wilson Mandala Dallas office Jenny Martinez is being honored by the Dallas Business Journal on August 29 as one of the 2024 Women in Business Awards honorees. This prestigious honor highlights North Texas women who are leaders in their industries. Now in its 18th year, the Women in Business Awards program recognizes a group of women known for their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
Martinez joined MWM in 2018 and has been a gamechanger for the firm in terms of leadership, mentoring, and recruiting. Within her first two years at the firm, the women partner headcount increased from three to 16 and the total women attorney headcount increased from 25 to 40 percent. Martinez was quickly appointed co-chair of litigation, elected to the executive committee, and beginning in 2024, she was appointed managing partner of the Dallas office. MWM now has more than 90 attorneys and since Martinez joined the firm, revenue has increased annually by 10 percent or higher each year. Martinez has also brought in significant new clients and huge courtroom successes.
