John Tucker is a partner in corporate/transactions and real estate finance. He brings significant experience in real estate finance matters, representing funds, investment banks, lenders, and other related clients in commercial mortgage loans, securitization, and other secondary market transactions. John’s commercial real estate finance experience includes warehouse and repurchase facilities, preferred equity, mezzanine, subordinate, and pari passu financings, as well as whole loan sales, participations, splits, and syndications.

John is experienced in handling REITs, private equity funds, and other investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of all types of CRE. He handles acquisitions and dispositions of distressed assets in restructuring, foreclosures, discounted payoffs, and REO sales. He also represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities and other types of asset-backed transactions.
