Nairi Siddiqi works in MWM’s real estate and corporate group. She brings more than 10 years of experience representing clients in complex real estate transactions, corporate transactions, construction law, and contracts.

Prior to joining MWM, Nairi founded her boutique law firm, Nairkash Law in Newport Beach where she has worked for the past two years. She also served as in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest construction companies. Additionally, Nairi has worked at large regional and national firms as a real estate attorney. Following her graduation from law school, Nairi served a federal judicial clerkship with the US District Federal Court.

Nairi remains active in the legal community and she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Orange County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Nairi received her JD from the University of California College of Law, San Fransisco. She received her undergraduate degree from USC Marshall School of Business, earning a BS in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance concentration.
