Munck Wilson Mandala welcomes labor and employment associate Sahar Shiralian to the firm’s Los Angeles office. Shiralian joins MWM from Epstein Becker & Green in LA where she represented employers in labor and employment law issues.

Shiralian has worked in various LA law firms with a variety of clients, including private and public companies, entertainment and corporate clients, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice covers employee relations, hiring, employee separation, internal investigations, and compliance with state and federal employment and labor laws. She also handles employment litigation and defends employers against single-plaintiff claims (including discrimination and harassment) and class actions/PAGA.

Shiralian received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she received American Jurisprudence Awards in criminal law and legal research and writing and was the founder and editor-in-chief of the USC Entertainment Law Spotlight. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Shiralian is fluent in French and proficient in Farsi and Turkish.
