Munck Wilson Mandala added associate Charles Zerner to the firm’s litigation practice. His legal experience includes assisting clients in various stages of commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, RICO, the False Claims Act, regulatory matters, and unfair competition. Zerner was recognized in Best Lawyers in America© for commercial litigation in 2019 and 2020 and has been recognized as a Louisiana Rising Star since 2016 by Thomson Reuters.

Zerner received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he served as an article editor of the Tulane Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Harvard University. While in law school, Zerner served as a judicial intern and presented an oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining MWM, Zerner worked as an associate at Barrasso, Usdin, Freeman, Kupperman, & Sarver, LLC. His addition to the MWM litigation team expands the firm’s highly regarded litigation practice.
