John handles all aspects of intellectual property counseling and transactional practice and litigation, with an emphasis on trademark portfolio management and trademark and copyright clearance, procurement, licensing, and enforcement. John represents clients of all sizes in numerous industries, including retail consumer products, semiconductors, telecommunications, insurance, oilfield tools, electronics, and financial services.

As a long-time active committee member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) John works with an extensive, hand-picked network of trademark professionals around the world to manage international portfolios for several trademark clients.
