Our broad spectrum of practices and entrepreneurial energy allows each summer associate exceptional opportunities to work on a variety of projects related to current ongoing firm matters. Your summer experience at the firm will give you a realistic view of what it is like to practice law here.
An introduction to the firm’s culture is a crucial element of MWM’s summer program. We encourage our summer associates to get to know each other and offer social activities and events to provide extra engagement opportunities with the partners and associates across the firm. MWM believes that mentorship, feedback, and in-person collaboration are key components of an associate’s early career development. The MWM Summer Associate Program is designed to ensure that summer associates receive quality training and development, experience client-driven work within team environments, and celebrate and build upon new relationships at a variety of social events.
