With more than 30 years of experience in transactional law, McGlynn brings a wealth of expertise to her new leadership role.
McGlynn is an integral part of MWM’s transactional practice, advising clients on entity selection, formation and conversion, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial transactions, bank loans and private financings, real estate acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing. Her extensive legal experience spans multiple industries, providing strategic counsel to businesses from startups to established corporations.

A native of the Netherlands, McGlynn moved to Minnesota in 1988, where she obtained her second law degree. Shortly thereafter, she relocated to Austin and joined Fleckman & McGlynn, where she served as a principal of the firm before its merger with Munck Wilson Mandala in 2021.
