Kristal Bird is an associate in the firm’s corporate law group. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Texas Business Law Society and on the editorial boards of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and the Texas International Law Journal.
She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marvin Isgur of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Houston.
Kristal earned her BA in Business Administration from California State University and her MA in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina.
