Kristal Bird is an associate in Munck Wilson Mandala’s corporate and transactional group. Kristal graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was on the Executive Board of the Texas Business Law Society and the Editorial Boards of the Texas International Law Journal on Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy and the Texas International Law Journal.
She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marvin Isgur of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Houston.
Kristal earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University and her Master of Arts in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina.
