Nicholas Moss is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He’s experienced in all phases of litigation and arbitration, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions to managing discovery and preparing cases for trial. He regularly prepares and argues motions, including motions for summary judgment and ex parte applications, while also handling mediation briefs, arbitration submissions, and extensive correspondence with opposing counsel.

In addition to written advocacy, Nicholas has participated in oral argument before courts and arbitration tribunals, prepared witnesses for deposition and testimony, and played a key role in trial and evidentiary hearing preparation. His work has contributed to successful outcomes for clients, including multiple defense verdicts in arbitration.
