Reed Shankwiler is an associate in MWM’s award-winning litigation practice. Reed focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex litigation, managing cases from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.

With notable experience, Reed has advised clients through adversarial proceedings to successful outcomes. In addition to his litigation practice, Reed has advised clients in buy/sell side M&A transactions, led due diligence, drafted purchase and sale documents, and participated in intellectual property contract negotiations.

With a hands-on approach to managing diverse caseloads, mentoring junior team members, and delivering tailored legal solutions, Reed combines technical expertise with a commitment to achieving client success in high stakes matters.
