Shante Mays is an associate in the firm’s Tech Transactions, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice. She advises clients on complex technology transactions to support the development and growth of technology-driven businesses. She drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements and advises on privacy considerations. She also supports clients through mergers, acquisitions, financings, and strategic alliances, helping to identify and assess commercial, intellectual property, and privacy risks throughout the transaction.
