Jared Hoggan is a partner practicing in the intellectual property group. For nearly two decades, Jared has represented clients in patent cases and appeals in federal courts, as well as proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Jared’s clients are in a wide range of technologies including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, computer hardware and software, telecommunication devices, and networks.
While Jared’s primary focus is on patent litigation, he routinely handles other complex IP litigation and transactional matters. These include trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and antitrust cases. He also advises clients in corporate transactions and in the negotiation of IP licensing and other technology-related agreements. Jared is recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and Best Lawyer in America for his achievements in patent litigation.
