Matthew (Matt) S. Anderson is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, with over three decades of experience advising clients across the full lifecycle of intellectual property assets, from creation and acquisition through commercialization, enforcement and strategic exit. His practice spans patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related technology and data rights, with particular depth in complex technology transactions and IP-driven commercial agreements.
