As a seasoned litigator whose practice centers on complex business disputes, class actions, and high-stakes real estate matters, she’s known for her strategic precision and courtroom poise. She has successfully defended legal malpractice claims, guided start-ups through intricate transactional issues, and represented clients in trials, mediations, and dispositive motions across California and beyond.

Drawing on experience with major corporations, financial institutions, and real estate developers, Dina crafts litigation strategies that deliver practical, results-oriented outcomes. Her work has led to multimillion-dollar settlements, early case dismissals, and decisive trial victories. Certified as a dispute resolution specialist and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Dina brings a sophisticated understanding of privacy and compliance issues to her litigation and advisory work. Dina combines sharp advocacy with a collaborative, client-first approach that drives success both in and out of the courtroom.

Dina earned her JD from Pepperdine School of Law, and a BA from the University of Southern California.
