Keith D. Harden is a partner, practicing in the technology/intellectual property law group. Keith focuses his practice on patent and trademark matters, including patent and trademark preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as representing clients in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Keith earned an undergraduate degree in computer science at Regis University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Keith served as a staff member and as technology director for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. During law school, Keith also worked for over two years as an intellectual property legal assistant, gaining valuable experience handling various issues for clients. Before joining Munck Wilson Mandala, Keith worked at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Dallas, representing numerous technology clients to successfully obtain domestic and international intellectual property protection.
Keith has extensive legal experience counseling companies regarding intellectual property identification, protection, and development. He frequently advises clients on numerous other intellectual property issues such as patent infringement and invalidity, strategy regarding advanced proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and intellectual property portfolio management and due diligence.
