Information Governance: Develop privacy and data governance programs; advise on data management in compliance with privacy and security frameworks; assist with cybersecurity readiness, incident response planning, and post-incident coordination; establish data-retention, deletion, and records-management policies; counsel on AI governance, and responsible use of training data.

Technology & Data Transactions: Structure and negotiate technology, cloud services, and data-transfer agreements; advise on technology outsourcing, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives; collaborate with clients to develop contract playbooks and negotiate guidelines.
